Deploy anywhere. Define every boundary.

Four deployment modes, one customer-control principle. The project architecture defines hardware, runtime, storage, networking and capacity before acceptance.

Deployment modeOperating boundaryArchitecture & acceptance
Air-gappedNo required external operational calls; models, identity, registries, dependencies and observability are local.Offline installation, blocked-egress functional tests, integrity checks and approved import/export.
Local / private cloudCustomer-selected local cloud and customer-controlled tenancy, identity, keys and operations.Provider services, regional boundaries, resource capacity and permitted network paths are reviewed.
Your own serversCustomer premises and servers with agreed runtime, storage, compute and network configuration.Hardware/accelerator compatibility, sizing, installation, backup and restore are demonstrated.
Agreed hybrid / edgeExplicit trust zones with approved links, local execution and defined synchronization.Intermittent connectivity, conflict handling, failure isolation and permitted transfers are tested.

Air-gapped operation, designed end to end.

01Prepare locally

Inventory operating systems, accelerators, licences and dependencies. Package models, runtime services, identity, certificates, time services, registries and telemetry within the boundary.

02Inspect and install

Use offline installation bundles with signed manifests and integrity checks. Follow the customer-approved inspection and transfer procedure for artifacts and data.

03Operate without egress

Run ingestion, queries, AI, applications and audit locally. Verify the agreed workflows while external operational calls are blocked; no mandatory external SaaS or model endpoint remains.

04Maintain under control

Review releases in test, approve maintenance, import checked bundles, validate the upgrade and rehearse rollback. Support access and exports remain customer-authorized and traceable.

Clear responsibilities. Reviewable assurance.

Sovereignty means customer control of infrastructure, data, models, identities, encryption keys, policies, software releases and operations. Capacity, compatibility and model/dependency licensing are confirmed in the project architecture.

01Customer decisions

Infrastructure boundary, data ownership and purpose, identities, key custody, policy, release approvals, operational owners and consequential-action authority.

02Engineering responsibilities

Architecture and dependency review, configured control implementation, integrations, evaluations, test evidence, documented residual risks and agreed handover.

03Joint acceptance

Demonstrate access enforcement, isolation, data reconciliation, model behaviour, human approvals, recovery and operational readiness against project-specific criteria. No unverified certifications or compliance guarantee.

From sensor event to approved work order.

Illustrative operational walkthrough — not a live platform demo or a client claim.

0101 · Observe

A local sensor feed reports vibration and temperature readings. Ingestion records time, source and data-quality state.

0202 · Connect

The operational model links the observation to an asset, maintenance history and authorized work-order interface. Ambiguous identifiers go to review.

0303 · Assess

An anomaly rule and forecast surface a possible maintenance need. A locally served model retrieves permitted manuals and explains its recommendation with sources and limitations.

0404 · Approve

An authorized maintenance planner reviews the evidence and approves or rejects the proposed work order. No autonomous critical action occurs.

0505 · Write back

A controlled API validates the approved action, submits it to the maintenance system and reconciles its acknowledgement. Failures retain the task for review.

0606 · Audit

The record links sensor evidence, model/version, recommendation, human approval, writeback result and subsequent asset events.

Senior-led delivery. Customer-owned operations.

01Frame & review

Senior engineers and customer owners define workflows, architecture, isolation, rights and measurable acceptance criteria. Review the source and dependency package.

02Integrate & migrate

Profile sources, map entities, migrate in controlled increments and reconcile results. Preserve working systems and define cutover and rollback.

03Configure & validate

Implement policies and applications, evaluate models and agents, test local deployment and demonstrate both permitted and denied paths.

04Accept & transfer

Review evidence, rehearse operations and recovery, train administrators and users, and inventory agreed source, configuration, tests and documentation.

05Sustain & extend

Agree maintenance and support boundaries, release approvals, upgrade and rollback procedures. Customer teams operate and extend the delivered scope under project rights.

IP available for review and project delivery.

The solution’s intellectual property is available for review and can be provided as part of the project. Project terms define deliverables, licences, ownership and the rights to use, maintain and extend the solution, separately from reusable components and third-party rights.

The buyer’s review package

The review and acceptance package is defined in the project. These are concrete materials to request and examine, not claims of universal certification or downloadable files.

  • Architecture and network/data-flow diagrams with infrastructure compatibility and resource assumptions.
  • Source-code review, component boundaries, build instructions and dependency/licence inventory.
  • Data contracts, operational model definitions, lineage and integration/writeback specifications.
  • Identity, access, classification, key custody and policy/control responsibility matrix.
  • Model and agent evaluation cases, approved release evidence and human-approval traces.
  • Deployment, offline transfer, maintenance, rollback, backup/restore and recovery test records.
  • Agreed source/configuration/build/deployment handover inventory, runbooks, training and rights schedule.

Questions for architecture and procurement

Is the platform fully sovereign?

Yes. The offering is fully sovereign, with customer control of infrastructure, data, models, identities, keys, policies, releases and operations. The architecture and acceptance plan make each control explicit and testable.

Can the complete solution run air-gapped?

Yes. The agreed isolated configuration deploys its models, identity, registries, dependencies and observability locally, with no required external operational SaaS or model endpoint. Offline installation and maintenance procedures are included in the architecture.

Can we choose our local cloud or use our own servers?

Yes. Deployment is completely flexible across your chosen local cloud, your own servers and air-gapped environments. Engineers validate resources, operating systems, runtime and accelerator compatibility, and licences before acceptance.

Is the intellectual property available for review and delivery?

Yes. The solution’s intellectual property is available for review and can be provided within the project. Terms define source assets, deliverables, licences, ownership and use, maintenance and extension rights. Reusable and third-party components are identified separately.

Who owns our data?

The customer owns its data. Data access, use, retention and approved exchange follow customer policy and project agreements; software ownership and third-party licensing are addressed separately.

Which models can we use?

Customer-provided, local, open or commercial models can be configured where their licences and deployment terms permit. Task, language, compute requirements and dependencies are reviewed; no accuracy or throughput is asserted without evaluation.

How are Arabic workloads assessed?

Representative Arabic and multilingual cases form part of the agreed evaluation suite. Review covers task outcomes, grounding, errors and operational limits. Results are workload-specific, not a universal Arabic accuracy claim.

Can agents take consequential actions?

Consequential actions require authorized human approval. Agents use scoped tools, validated arguments, controlled APIs and traceable execution. Recommendations do not confer authority for critical, security or financial operations.

Does integration include writeback?

Yes, where the source/destination supports the agreed interface and permission model. Writeback uses action contracts, approval, validation, acknowledgement, reconciliation and duplicate handling; it is not unrestricted access to every system.

Must we replace existing systems?

No blanket replacement is required. Integration and migration scope is agreed around current systems, with phased reconciliation, cutover, rollback and ownership of each interface.

How are upgrades and support handled in isolation?

Approved release bundles, dependency inventories and integrity checks support offline maintenance. Releases are validated in test, promoted under customer approval and reversible by an agreed rollback procedure. Support access is explicit and controlled.

What proves the agreed scope is ready?

Project-specific evidence includes integration reconciliation, access-denial tests, model/agent evaluations, human approval enforcement, local deployment, recovery exercises, documentation and trained operational owners.
