Sovereign deployment & edge

Fully sovereign deployment in air-gapped environments, local/private clouds, customer servers and agreed hybrid or edge estates.

Engineering scope

Deployment is completely flexible across the agreed infrastructure modes. Engineers validate operating systems, container and runtime support, storage, accelerators, network topology and capacity within the project architecture.

An isolated configuration deploys models, identity, registries, dependencies and observability locally. There are no required external operational calls or mandatory external SaaS/model endpoints in the agreed air-gapped design. Local certificate, time and package-management services are included where needed.

Offline installation and release bundles carry dependency inventories, signatures and integrity checks. Approved import/export procedures govern artifacts and data. Hybrid and edge designs define trust zones, synchronization, conflict resolution and failure behaviour at each boundary.

Configured inputs

Infrastructure inventory, isolation policy, network diagrams, model/dependency licences, edge constraints and approved transfer procedures.

Configured outputs

Deployment architecture, local service topology, install/release bundles, integrity manifests, network policies and operational acceptance records.

Roles & operational workflow

Customer infrastructure and security owners define the boundary; senior engineers validate resources and install the stack; operators rehearse offline maintenance and approved transfer. Hybrid links are explicit exceptions, not hidden dependencies.

Interfaces & governance

Customer control covers infrastructure, data, models, identities, keys, policies, releases and operations. Network and dependency review verifies the isolation claim; transfers require the agreed approval and inspection.

Deployment implications

Air-gapped, customer-selected local/private cloud, on-premises servers and agreed hybrid/edge are the four planning modes. Resource sizing, hardware/runtime compatibility and licensing are established before deployment acceptance.

Deliverables & acceptance evidence

Acceptance includes installation from an offline bundle, blocked external egress with functional local workflows, integrity verification, approved artifact transfer and recovery/synchronization tests for the selected mode.
