THE THESIS

The region's telcos are no longer telcos; they are integrated technology groups running the sovereign-cloud, fintech and media arms of the next twenty years. And the region's media houses are no longer broadcasters; they are Arabic-first content platforms competing on personalisation and editorial velocity. The AI operating layer both of them need is not a foreign SaaS. We build that layer — the network copilots, the newsroom agents, the sovereign-cloud platforms — inside the customer's own perimeter, with full IP transfer.

THE PRACTICE

Our TMT senior leads come out of national-telco engineering, sovereign-cloud architecture leadership and global-media technology. They have run the RANs, cores and newsrooms they now advise on.

Every telco engagement is architected around three surfaces: network-operations copilots (RAN, core, transport), customer-operations agents (MSA · Khaleeji · English), and the enterprise-and-fintech growth surface. Media engagements are architected around the newsroom, the personalisation engine and the sovereign content-rights layer.

Where the customer is itself a sovereign-cloud provider, we build the reference AI-platform stack that ministries and national champions then adopt on top of that cloud — with the cloud provider owning both the platform and the enablement narrative.

SIGNATURE SYSTEMS
01

Network-operations copilots for RAN, core and transport — fault triage, capacity planning, spectrum optimisation

02

Bilingual customer-operations agents for national telcos (MSA · Khaleeji · English), inside the operator's own perimeter

03

B2B and enterprise-sales copilots for telco enterprise arms and their fintech / cloud subsidiaries

04

Arabic-first media-intelligence platforms: newsroom copilots, editorial fact-check agents, subtitling and dubbing pipelines

05

Streaming personalisation and content-discovery engines evaluated in Arabic dialect and cleared to local content authorities

06

Sovereign-cloud reference architectures — model serving, evaluation, guardrails, MLOps — for the region's sovereign-cloud providers themselves

HEADLINE OUTCOMES
OUTCOME · 01

Contact-centre handle time reduced 34% at a national telco; cost-to-serve down 27% inside a single operating year.

OUTCOME · 02

Network fault mean-time-to-resolve reduced 46% across an entire RAN estate.

OUTCOME · 03

First Arabic-first newsroom copilot cleared and adopted by a national broadcaster; editorial cycle time down 38%.

OUTCOME · 04

Sovereign-cloud reference stack shared across three ministries after first telco-owned deployment.

SIGNATURE ENGAGEMENTS
DOSSIER · 01

National telco · customer-operations transformation

Eighteen-month AI-first transformation of a national telco's customer-operations function. Contact-centre handle time down 34%, cost-to-serve down 27%, Emiratisation Gold sustained through the programme. Bilingual (MSA · Khaleeji · English) agents deployed inside the operator's own tenancy.

DOSSIER · 02

National telco · network-operations copilot

Network-operations copilot across the RAN, core and transport of a Tier-1 national telco. Mean-time-to-resolve on network faults reduced 46%; energy-consumption optimisation on the RAN estate reduced 9% year-on-year.

DOSSIER · 03

Sovereign-cloud provider · reference AI-platform stack

A twenty-four-week engineering programme with a Gulf sovereign-cloud provider to stand up the reference AI-platform stack — model serving, evaluation, guardrails, retrieval, MLOps — now offered to that cloud's ministry and national-champion tenants.

DOSSIER · 04

National broadcaster · Arabic-first newsroom copilot

Arabic-first newsroom copilot for a national broadcaster: editorial drafting, fact-check retrieval, subtitling and dubbing pipeline. Editorial cycle time reduced 38%; cleared under the local content authority's editorial-standards regime.

DOSSIER · 05

Regional streaming platform · personalisation engine

Arabic-dialect-evaluated personalisation and content-discovery engine for a regional streaming platform. Watch-time per session lifted 17%; churn on the paid tier reduced 220 basis points inside one operating quarter of go-live.

LOCALISATION POSTURE

Every deployment inside the operator's or broadcaster's own sovereign tenancy. Nitaqat Platinum / Emiratisation Gold thresholds exceeded by construction. Every editorial pipeline cleared against local content-and-advertising norms. Academy engineers embedded from week one.

STACK
  • Sovereign tenancy · sovereign-cloud accredited
  • RAN / core / transport telemetry integration
  • Arabic-first multi-dialect NLU · MSA · Khaleeji · Egyptian
  • Content-rights and editorial-standards guardrails
  • Model serving · evaluation · guardrails · MLOps
