THE THESIS

Sovereign AI is a supervisory question long before it is a productivity question. We build the risk platforms the region's central banks, ministries of finance and systemic-risk boards will run on — from AML copilots to Basel III / IV analytics to macro scenario engines — and we do it inside the same sovereign perimeter every regulator now requires.

THE PRACTICE

The senior leads of our national-risk practice come out of central-bank supervision, sovereign-fund risk and Big-Four financial-services risk practices. They have written the regulatory model-risk files they now sign, and they carry personal accountability for every production system.

Our supervisory-analytics stack is architected to the FSB's principles for AI in financial services and to Basel III / IV, IFRS-9 and IOSCO conventions. It is deployed inside the customer's own sovereign tenancy and evaluated continuously against a local, Arabic-first evaluation harness.

Systemic-risk work is the joint work of the central bank, the ministry of finance and the sovereign wealth vehicle. We are architected to sit at that intersection.

SIGNATURE ENGAGEMENTS
DOSSIER · 01

Central bank · supervisory analytics platform

A twenty-four-month programme to consolidate credit, liquidity, market and operational supervisory analytics onto a single sovereign platform. Supervisory-review cycle time reduced from ten days to same-day. Now the reference stack for all three national supervisory colleges.

DOSSIER · 02

Tier-1 GCC bank · AML/KYC copilot

Arabic-first name-matching and typology detection deployed inside the bank's on-prem enclave. False-positive rate reduced 62% with no true-positive loss; SAMA model-risk sign-off obtained before go-live.

DOSSIER · 03

Systemic-risk board · macro scenario engine

A macro-financial and geopolitical scenario-generation engine feeding IFRS-9 and stress-testing pipelines for a Gulf systemic-risk board. First sovereign-infrastructure deployment of its kind in the region.

LOCALISATION POSTURE

Every model-risk file cleared with the local supervisor before go-live. SAMA / CBUAE / QCB counter-signatures obtained on every production system. Local supervisory examiners trained on the harness alongside the client's own engineers.
